The world of meditation is very
huge. You will discover and discover and discover until you will not want to
discover anything. You will not be able to stop the act of discovery because
discovery is our nature. There are so many hidden unexpected forces of
consciousness. Even if you think you know it the consciousness will produce
something that you didn’t expect… until you get accustomed to unexpectedness.
We use techniques of Deep Relaxation
and Subtle Pranayama which is practiced without physical closing of nostrils. It
is followed by Self-Contemplation into the depth of consciousness.
This special technique is taught in
Vijnanabhairava and Malinivijaya tantras and was practically explained by Swami
Lakshmanjoo and his disciples. This technique differs from classical yogic Pranayama
and Dhyana though has some similar features.
Other meditations we use are based
on other methods of Vijnanabhairava tantra, Ishvara Pratyabhijna and oral
instructions received from modern masters of Bhairava tradition.
